Salter Watercraft is a wholesale & dealer direct company, therefore in order to receive these great savings here are some details

about our product shipping practices. Many of these are noted on our order form. International customers that is,

outside of Canada -- please read that section. Shipping rates shown are per item ordered. We will automatically

calculate total charges for shipping. Items are ship from western Canada.

All shipping charges include Shipping Insurance and are to major city's only.

(Rural delivery surcharge may apply).

Free Shipping is only on boats

There will be   a flat charge of $49.95 for shipping Insurance on all boats,

Shipping is subject to Major City destinations only! and held for pickup.

(Door delivery can be arranged for an extra $25.00) taxes are extra. There may be some rural and fuel surcharges in certin areas of Canada, This includes all boats and accessories. 

Examples are:

1. New Brunswick - Add $20.00 Fuel Surcharge.
2. Nova Scotia - Add $20.00 Fuel Surcharge
3. Prince Edward Island - Add $20.00 Fuel Surcharge.
4. Newfoundland - Add $185.00 Fuel & Travel Surcharge .
5. Yukon - Add $185.00 Fuel & Travel Surcharge.
6. Northwest Territories - Add $185.00 Fuel & Travel Surcharge.
7. Nunavut - Add $185.00 Fuel fuel & Travel Surcharge.

Rural and northen destination:

Rural surcharge may also apply starting from $35.00 a notification will be sent. Shipping is by courier, transport

or canada post and available in Canada and USA only. International shipping will have extra charges and you

will be notified by e-mail. Note our business policy regarding products damaged in shipment. (below) Note our return

Domestic (within Canada) Shipments:

Please note that Salter Watercraft is ground shipping only and shipping time depends on distance

from Delta BC. please allow 3 to7 days dependent on where you live. We have found FedEx to be

a reliable shipper over the years at a reasonable cost. We have never had a shipment within

Canada or the United States get lost and only occasionally has the shipment time been unexpectedly long.

International Shipments:

We ship internationally using the FedEx for both pricing reasons and for clearing customs. For some countries

this service may not be available or may require charges beyond what is quoted. In that case we will contact

you by email before shipping to get your approval. International shipments made through FedEx leave Canada

by air within 24-48 hours, They are then transferred to the destination country's FedEx service provider

to complete delivery all duty taxes and broker fees are the customers responsibility (passing through customs).

We have learned the hard way that some countries have better services than others, Unfortunately since different

country services are not that integrated. Typical delivery times we have found are: United States and Mexico:

1-2 weeks. That is NOT a typo. That is based on our experience. In fact, we have had packages shipped to

Mexico never arrive at their destination and we've had shipments take 2 weeks to get to major US cities such as

Miami and Texas, Europe 4-7 days, Africa 2 weeks, Asia & Pacific Rim: 2 weeks.

• We can offer more expedited shipping internationally, we will quote you the price. This can get very expensive !!!
• We have never found anyone interested in paying those shipping prices. You can verify these prices on the shippers' websites.
• We do not try to make extra money on shipping we just cover our costs.
• We wish there was a way to ship internationally with a high level of service at a reasonable price. If you know of ways to please let us know.

Business Policies:

 
If any products arrive in damaged condition, assuming it was not sold as damaged goods Please contact the shipping

company and file a report. We then will replace it at no additional charge upon receipt of the returned damaged item.
 
Return Policies:

If you are displeased with any of our products, you may return them for a full refund, excluding shipping charges

within 7 Days of receipt. You would be responsible for shipping. Products must be in "like new" not used and with

all original manual, parts and packaging. Please make sure when you open your boxes you open them carefully

not to damage the box in case it is needed for return.
